The lady asks a few questions to see if you can do the job. She then lets a computer see if you can do the job through a few childish scenereos

Transportation. Background Check, Ability to be there everyday for the training.
Group interviews where you hear about the position ro determine if you want it. You may speak to someone individually but not always. Then you are sent an offer letter if indicating interest
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
