I first met with the recruiter to discuss a separate role, but during our 20 minute discussion, they suggested a separate role. Approximately two weeks later I met with the hiring manager who started by providing context about their role and history. The interview process was a fairly open dialog that deep dived into my past experience. We did run out of time and the hiring manager agreed to answer questions via email. The second interview occurred two weeks later, which fit within the expectations that were set. I met with two members of the consulting team where we dove a bit more into the specifics of how they approach customers, what their final deliverable looked like (it was not the typical consulting approach/scope I had been exposed to), and what they liked about Avtex.
