Got brought into a room to be interviewed by 2 engineers in the comany. Looked through my resume and asked questions about specific projects and work expereince. Following this, we took a tour around the facility.

"Why did you choose to apply for our company specifically?"
First interview is via telephone. Second interview is in-person with a tour of the facilities. Can have the second interview virtually if in-person is not possible. First interview is mostly behaviour questions while the second interview is a mix of behaviour and technical.
The interview went well and smoothly. They were very friendly and asked questions to really get to know me. I would love to work here as the company seems great.
