It was a standard competency test followed by an interview with 4 managers. Failure in test would usually lead to failing the interview. The questions were squite standard and it was done with just one interviewee, making it less stressful.

Required to pass a short test on knowledge of general medications and interview was straightforward mainly focusing on ability to commit. It took about 20-30 minutes and the update on interview was quick which only took less than 2 days.
