Zunächst sollte ich meine Masterarbeit in 15 Minuten dem Arbeitskreis vorstellen, hatte Gelegenheit paar Minuten mit den anderen Doktoranden in Abwesenheit der PIs zu sprechen, dann bekam ich eine kurze Institutsführung von einer Doktorandin, und im Anschluss erfolgte das eigentliche Interview mit dem Professor und dem PI.

It was a remote interview. He said basic questions from my master's course. Then we discussed about my thesis. He asked some questions regarding the thesis, programming experience and questions related to imaging.

What is the motivation to apply?
Skills acquired during the course
Questions related to AI, ML, DL and computer vision
Asked the Professor directly if there was any open position. Professor suggested one, and I applied through the official procedure. After sent the CV, got an interview in the professors office.
