Made effort to write a motivation letter and resume. Got no response but an automated confirmation after waiting several weeks. Sent an email asking for progress. Was told that application should be done again on UK website. (Position was mentioned on NL website initially however). If I didn't follow up on my application I probably would have never heard from TUI again. So I filled out the remarkable form on UK website (with questions if I am straight or gay and what religion I practice.. That's strange...)... Never got a response until months later. An automated message saying thanks but we are not interested.....
