Completed application for part-time role which included multi-choice questions mainly around customer service. A week later I completed a phone interview which included general questions about Tui and a few behaviour questions. Then was invited in for a face to face interview which included a 15min presentation and 20min maths test. Interview consisted of more behavioural questions. Then two references detail requested and they were then checked before invited in for a taster session at the store (4weeks after original applications) which should have been an hour but ended up being two hours

Completed an online assessment, followed by a phone interview and an in person interview with a presentation. The presentation task was to talk about one place you’ve been to and somewhere you’d love to go. There wasn’t any other information on the presentation given to me.
