Initial round was with Global HR, post that had a round with the Deputy Managing Director. Post this had a round with the VP HR on salary. He asked my current CTC and expected CTC. After that there was no call. When I checked, he said he was looking where to place me. Again after couple of weeks I asked about the status, he said currently there was no role in the Dty MD's office and he has scouted my profile with other units for a role. After that no response. If there is no role, then why do you waste candidate's time and money. Why do you even call me for an interview. If it is that you do not find me suitable, then it is fine. But then post 2 rounds, I am called for salary negotiation. Please have some empathy on the candidature. Giving a job is not a favor to anyone. As my old prof says, they need a person and you need a job. Expect the company to behave with more empathy

The initial interview was taken by HR, after that I hadgiven interview to Kam and my vertical head. Finally I got selected after 3 rounds. In interview they have asked me about warehousing experience and asked a lot of questions related to kaizens. They asked alot abound inbound and outbound process.
