The recruitment was done through a campus recruitment process.
They conducted a GD first to shortlist students who had 7 above CGPA
The GD topics was almost the general trending topics.
Guys who cleared the GD was called for a panel interview.
Being an automotive company they covered almost al the basics of engine functioning. - Peformance curves, Diesle OR Petrol , A\F questions, Chemical compositions
Since i'd a work exp of 3 yrs in Infosys they asked qs like WHY AUTOMOTIVE FIELD. Why leaving a white collar job to get a blue collar one...
Qs wer ter frmo my bachelor project too... need to know in and out of the project.
Also asked us the field of intrest and specific questions were also there from that - for me it was hybrid engine. aksed me to explain everything i know about hybrid.
4 out of 15 were selected and luckily i was the one among them.

Colloquio
Was called to their factory in Hosur and had 3 rounds of interview. One was technical, second was HR and final was courtesy meeting with director of the company. Technical was with a panel covering various departments like quality, r&d, testing etc. In middle of interview, the hooter went off and was taken to coffee break.
