A couple of days after submitting my resume online, I received an email from the CEO suggesting a phone interview to be set up within the next couple of days. The phone interview lasted for ~45 min where we discussed the firm's current mission, the expectation/responsibilities for the role, and there were several questions asked to see if I would be a good fit. At the end of the interview I was told that I'd be reached out to within the week with a decision. I received an offer within a week after the phone interview!
