The interview was originally on the phone then an in person appointment was made. The office itself was beautiful & professional. This position I applied for is in a niche market, very few have actually been matchmakers. The interviewer had to identify transferable skills, such as a desire to help people succeed in their personal lives & task management skills. The interviewer was easy to talk to & professional. I did not feel intimidated by her. I felt like she was just trying to find the right fit for the company. I did not get a stuffy yuppie vibe so I took the job.
