Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso TableCheck
Colloquio
The interview process at the beginning was quite smooth:
- HR interview
- Technical interview
- Take-home assignment
However, after the take-home assignment, they sent a couple of emails saying they would get back to me, but they never did and eventually stopped responding altogether.
This is a major red flag, as it raises concerns about how they treat contractors or employees internally if they are willing to ghost candidates who reached the final stage of the process (and were even asked for referrals). To be honest, it is the first time I have seen that.
Had 4 rounds of interview: 2 technical, 1 team round and finally HR round. Pretty easy to crack the interview. The whole interview process took approximately 4 weeks. Technical rounds included functional testing concepts and automation concepts.
First interview was with Hiring Manager
Then there was a personality screening, and an survey where they asked in detail your current salary and benefits.
After that was a panel interview with the hiring manager and HR lead.
Finally - before they give an offer - they send a long survey to two references you provide.
It's a little bit insane and incredibly inefficient.
Most of the questions they asked were highly inappropriate for any company.
