Following an online application, I went through 5 interviews with different people (First HR, then the Manager then 2 calls with 2 different managers and ended up going to the final stage which was an onsite Panel Demo followed by an interview with the Country Manager). At first, this could seemed a bit intense but the all process went very smoothly with just some rush around the demo date.
I ended up getting an offer :) Unfortunately, I decided to decline it to pursue another work opportunity more aligned to my personal goals. However, I want to take the time to share 4 elements here for future applicants.
1) HR was all very kind, available and helpful all along the process.
2) Tableau do have a great solution (based on my trial experience & research).
3) If doing the panel interview, make sure to understand well the expectations.
4) Finally, I really appreciated my interview with the French Country Manager who was insipiring and quite insightful regarding the future of Tableau and BI overall. It was motivating to speak with a leader who had a clear vision for his team but also for his business.
Good luck Everyone!
