I applied for a sales position through an employee referral and was contacted within 10 days. My first interview was over the phone with the sales manager. I was informed at the end of the interview that they wanted to bring me onsite for the in-person interviews and product demo. The recruiter then called to get me scheduled and also share some helpful advice on how to prep for the product demo. The onsite interview consisted of interviewing with 4 different people followed by doing the product demo for 3 of those 4 individuals.
Interview questions range from behavioral to going through your resume. Focus on convincing the interviewer how your past experience will tie into the role you're interviewing for and how you'll bring value to the team/company. For the product demo, I recommend focusing on the VALUE of the product and having a game plan for what exactly you want to go over during your demo. You'll be the driver of the presentation and they will bring up objections throughout (primarily concerning price and how the product is cost-effective.)
Overall - a very positive experience with everyone I spoke with. Enthusiastic team of individuals and an awesome product.

I had an interview with a recruiter and then a phone interview with the hiring manager. Both went well and after that I was invited to do a round of interviews in onsite and a demo. They wanted me to put days of prep into the demo and also be onsite for 4.5 hours the day of. Which would have been fine except they weren't willing to tell me what compensation was for the position. Clearly they were interested in having me move forward but still wouldn't share comp? I decided not to move forward with the process because I just couldn't see putting in days of work prepping and time off of my current job to interview for a position I didn't even know if I would take based on pay. Except for that one issue- everyone was nice and informative!

I had two interviews over the phone - one call with a sales recruiter in the Seattle HQ and another with the hiring manager in London. During the first call the recruiter thoroughly explained the full hiring process, the salary structure and the nature of the position and made sure to answer all my questions.
