The interview process with Tableau was seamless. I worked with two great recruiters/professionals that walked me through the entire process and gave me a tremendous amount of support to ensure my success. The leadership team was personable, provided great insights into the role, and were great conversationalist. The interview process was as follow: Call with recruiter - 30 min Call with hiring manager - 45 min Demonstration/Presentation 45 min call with 2 hiring managers 30 min call with RVP 30 min with 2 AE’s 45 min demo Note: make sure to thoroughly prepare for the demo using Tableau’s platform and focus heavily on Discovery portion of the presentation.

A recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview. We got it scheduled for about a week out. About 3 days before my interview, I received an automated email from their Workday platform that the position had been filled and the job opening was closed. Never heard from the recruiter again. Seems like a bad process to have.
