The Tableau interview process is fair but also challenging. You need to prepare your demo to show that you really are serious about the interview. They don't expect perfection but do not think you can learn the demo in 5 minutes. I spent two evenings trying to master it.

Q: They will ask you to demo the product. I found that to be the most challenging part since I had a strong sales background.
