1st interview: - Describe a situation when you had to tell bad news - How you deal with conflict with manager/colleague - Describe yourself in one word 2nd interview - One of Dashboards is slow, what could be the reasons?
The hiring process was nice. There was first an interview with a technical recruiter who was extremely personable, kind, and attentive. From there, we were told that we were going to contacted by another person and scheduled for panel interviews

HR People who obviously know ZERO about the Technology that she is hiring for. Just A MAJOR FYI hire HR People that understand Database Technology. It was honestly embarrassing how I literally had to walk my contact through the Tech that (they) were hiring for. The HR process over there is comical.
