The interview process began with a phone interview first, followed by an office interview (that lasted for three hours because of disorganized management), an example assignment to be completed, and a second on sight interview and a drug test. The managers I interviewed with were mostly pretty typical of what you'd expect, but the owner was creepy and vulgar.
