I had four stages in the process:First, a phone call with the recruiter.Then, a phone call with the team lead.After that, a first technical interview with two coding questions.Finally, a second technical interview where I was asked to solve a design question using AI.

I went through a 15-minute phone interview with HR, followed by another 15-minute call with the team leader. Both conversations seemed to go well, and I was hopeful about moving forward. However, after these interviews, I was completely ghosted. No follow-up email, no rejection notice, and no updates despite following up multiple times.
