I put in a paper application and was called about a week later for an interview. I met with the restaurant general manager. He asked me some questions, and we had a friendly conversation. He then asked about my availability and when I could start. I was hired on the spot. A few days later, I came back to the store and filled out paperwork. I then went to the training center in town, filled out paperwork there and got my uniform. I began work several days later.

Went well but they didn’t hire me after turning down my application 2 other times for whatever reason and that being the third. They don’t actually care about hiring employees and their management is lazy.

It was very quick an easy, the manager she was very polite. She asked couple questions also ask if I needed to tell her anything so overall nice interview I left really confident with interview so yea.
It was thorough but not too annoying. They kept it brief while at the same time asking a lot of questions and being very stern. It was an overall good interview although I never got called back for the job. I assume the position was filled by a more trustworthy candidate as I was not giving off that impression at the time.
