Taco Bell employees are like Scientologist and have to be committed to the brand, they first try this propaganda through a bait and switch tactic for interviewing. I was supposed to be interviewing for a general manager trainee position but somehow they wanted to manipulate me into a shift manager position. As a upcoming college graduate I don't appreciate the tactics corporations use during these economic times to force people into certain positions.
