They talk to you like a normal person and enjoy being around you. They are honest and seen interested and willing to learn more about what you want for your future.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.

I Applied and in 2 Weeks Got A Call For an Interview was only asked one simple question on how will I work in the place never got a call back.
