Super easy. They just ask you a couple of easy questions and if they like you they'll tell you immediately that you're hired. The interview I had was in person and was one on one. They just sent me an email telling me where to go and who to call if I had questions.

Really easy going, didn't feel like an interview at all. It was a great first job interview process just make sure you are trained if this is your first interview.
