To me, the interview was easy. There are two interviews you have to do. On the first interview, you meet with either the lead shift manager or the assistant manager. Then, they have cards for you to pick from, you pick 4 of them, and you answer the questions on the cards. When finished, they'll tell you if you have the second interview or not. If you do, then lets go on. For the second interview, you meet with the general manager. For him, they'll ask you about yourselves, what you can do to make the job better, etc. then when you're finished, they'll call to see if you have the job or not. If you do get the job, congratulations! If not, maybe try again in the future or, try another place.

Really easy going, didn't feel like an interview at all. It was a great first job interview process just make sure you are trained if this is your first interview.
