I was invited to an open house where I was interviewed by the Region and Area Coaches, who both seemed impressed. The open house was well planned and executed, I think when it comes to human resources the senior management has it down.

The interview was very easy, it was a casual chat with two managers. I got offered the job on the spot. It didn't feel overwhelming and the questions were easy enough.

Easy and straightforward hiring process.. if you say no to donating to kbp cares they will not hire you. Pay is about 16.50 an hour.. just be yourself, act confident. Follow up with how do you feel about me
Really smooth process from start to finish. You get to know the managers and the company alot through the process. Training was very simple and straight forward to go through and all trainers were really knowledgeable.
