Hiring ASAP. Interview super easy. Giving away jobs. Work isn’t hard. I don’t think they did a background check. They asked for my ID and birth certificate. They didn’t ask many challenging questions. Asked if I was willing to move up if offered.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
