It started off well through a chat with the recruiter and he gave a lot of info on the role, hiring manager and benefits. Then the interview journey begins...After every interview I got updates that the panel liked me and would like to move to the next stage. Ended up interviewing with 7 different employees across the board in different functions. Interviews were engaging but i think there was too many cooks in the kitchen who were making hiring decisions which complicated things. Honestly thought I would get the role if i had 7 interviews with only positive feedback. Later they told me that they are going with someone internal who probably had a simple conversation. Waste of time. Wished I had known this earlier. Disappointed with the overall experience.
