First interviewed with general manager in store.. Easy basic interview questions. Asked about availability because they expect you to be able to work every shift. Asked about work ethic, transportation, past work experience, and etc. Next interview with area coach at the restaurant support center. Was a little more intense and professional.

The interview was very easy, it was a casual chat with two managers. I got offered the job on the spot. It didn't feel overwhelming and the questions were easy enough.

Easy and straightforward hiring process.. if you say no to donating to kbp cares they will not hire you. Pay is about 16.50 an hour.. just be yourself, act confident. Follow up with how do you feel about me
Really smooth process from start to finish. You get to know the managers and the company alot through the process. Training was very simple and straight forward to go through and all trainers were really knowledgeable.
