Quick & easy. It was a pretty standard interview that asked the standard questions. I thought it was very relaxed and easy to communicate my competencies with the company. The interviewer was on-time. However, I did end up asking to interview for the department manager position which the manager allowed. Unfortunately, I did not get the position but was still allowed to interview for it a week or two after I interviewed for the sales advisor position.
