easy, straightforward, just be social. There might be like more than one round but its usually pretty simple. It mostly is hire on the spot, but sometimes it isn't. It's not formal at all but you should be prepared to answer behavioral questions.

It was an open call and both interviewers were very nice and each only lasted about 5 mins. It was all very organized from the moment the host greets you, to the moment you’re out the door.
