It was long and drawn out. I had three interviews and a writing assignment. The process took over a month which definitely wasn't worth it based on the awful experience that I had at Taft. During the interview process, I primarily expressed interest in HR and DEI. Management stated that there would be room for me to pursue my specific interests at the company. They lied. In fact, they were the projects I was least involved in. I was definitely lowballed during the process and they claimed that it was because "they're a small company" but I witnessed several promotions within my tenure there. It's really not worth it to go through their interview process that seems like you're already doing a job searching for a job. At that point, you should be a consultant.
