They knew what they were looking for. Friendly interview, but also professional. Gave input when needed. Overall, it was a pleasant interview. Two people came in, my "would-be" supervisor and the person in the position I would be taking over. It was very beneficial to have the current employee give definition to the job that I would be taking over.
