Simple and easy. Generally I was able to complete the process in a quick manner. I heard back within one day. I have moved on since then, but the team was small and it seemed to have a lackluster appeal after a few weeks... due to the weak leadership structure.

Phone Interview. Basic behavioral questions, including - what are your greatest strengths? what are your weaknesses. Other questions based on resume were also asked. The next step was an in-person interview at their head office. Behavioral and questions related to the content of the resume were asked in the in person interview.
