Just awful. All over the place. It took 43 days from the time they contacted me for an interview to the time they told me I wasn't hired. And that's only because I reached out to them. They had me interview three times in that period (one being a 30 minute presentation) and did not care to update me throughout the process. The employees didn't have good things to say about the company and I see why. There is no organization, no official interviewing or onboarding process, and it's clear why they're having to hire people. As soon as someone comes in they must be hit with the nightmare reality that is Tahzoo. Get it together.
