Initial email and phone contact, followed by two face to face interviews, seeing three people all together. The first interview also had a task/exercise to complete. The process was very in depth, can tell it is designed to really allow the interviewers to thoroughly get to know the candidate and vice Versa for the candidate to get a strong understanding about the company and the expectations of the role. Communication with the company during the process was very good and it was good to meet a variety of people and see the office space, the overall experience was very positive.
