The interview process did feel quite long, but overall it was positive. A recruiter had reached out to me and missed a couple of calls, which was frustrating. I had a face-to-face with someone on the Product Team, which was great. He talked openly and honestly about some of the challenges Tails.com had had in the Product Team while they were growing, and asked me fairly basic questions about my background. I was successful in the first stage and invited back for a two hour session which included presenting to two senior members of staff after having completed a challenge. I thought the interview went reasonably well, but I did stumble on a couple of questions that were quite specific to Tails.com as a B2C company (I'm from a B2B background).
