Contacted over email to arrange a telephone interview. Requested a copy of the job description and also to be contacted at 7.30pm. No contact as to if this was acceptable and also no Job Description after chasing. Mobile phone rang at 7pm and thought it must be the recruiter to confirm the 7.30pm call. Turned out to be the interview so I was not prepared and was in the middle of putting my children to bed. The worst experience I have ever had for an interview process. I felt it was so disgraceful that I opened and Glassdoor account to post this.
