I applied online and heard back fairly quickly from the recruiter for the recruiter screen. She basically just asked about my background and interest in the position and company. I was then set up with one of the team members and we had a phone interview a week after. This interview was a little bit of both technical and behavioural questions. I heard maybe 2 days later from another recruiter asking when I would be available to come in for an onsite interview. The onsite interview was about 3.5 hours long. I interviewed with about 5 people each for about 35-45 minutes. I was told that I would hear back soon. After not hearing back for 3 days, I followed up with the recruiter but didn't get a response. I waited again one full week and sent another followed and was told another candidate was chose. Overall the interviewing process was quick. I was in constant communication with HR regarding the scheduling of my interviews. I just wish that I was informed of the final decision sooner and without having to reach out. After being at the office for 3.5 hours, I would have thought that I would have found out sooner about the results
