I found the internship posting online, sent my application and heard back within a week or so. I then interviewed with three managers, all very personable. It was laid back and they asked me about my experiences and what I saw myself doing in the future.

Gave description of the position, and asked about things I put in my cover letter. Made sure I was comfortable with different aspects of the job, and that I was available for 16 weeks.

Pretty easy. Just know certain technicalities as to the specialty you are applying for within their interview program. Not many technical questions. Hiring process was simple but took quite a bit of time. I didbmy interview in January but only heard back in March.
