I had applied for an HR position in Bangalore and attended 5 round of interviews (completed all round). I never heard back from them post that. As a candidate I spend more than 5 hours for interviews and it is a basic courtesy to write a line to a candidate if not selected after spending time to attend all the rounds. I still have no idea why I was rejected or even I was rejected. They spoke well and praise about the company culture which was not followed in reality. Being an HR myself, such response is unacceptable which make the organisation and the HR fraternity to loose their name
