However, the HR representative and the interviewer each described a different hiring process, which made me question the consistency and reliability of their approach. While the technical interview itself was straightforward, it has now been over a month with no feedback. Meanwhile, they continue to repost the same job opening.

Recruiter screen followed by tech interview. Recruiter was professional, but I was discouraged from working for the company by the technical interviewer. He was very rude and condescending, made unprofessional comments and overall made me conclude that the work environment would be toxic
