Applied in person talked to managers told us they were opening new location and what the job was all about and what we would be doing if offered the job and wondered if this sounded like something we would be interested in and the process went on from there

Had to drive for two separate interviews a week apart. Each interview lasted about 15 minutes. First interview was done by an assistnt manager, second done by the store manager. I was hired the following day by the store manager, went in to fill out paperwork and was informed the company fired her after years of service. So the assistant manager wound up doing my training.
