It was comprehensive to say the least. I had to meet with sales peers, the sales director, CMO, services leader, and the WW sales leader. The WW sales leader was a tough interview. He really dug into my career decisions, and in particular who I used as a feedback loop to make those decisions.

They really dug in on my performance history....did a big time skills interview with a consultant, and made me present in front of a bunch of the leadership team.
