Flexible on scheduling, could do it via skype (I was abroad). They share the notes of the interview internally, so when you meet the manager, s7he has all the info of the previous interviewer. Being a small company, your "future" co workers interview you, so, you get to meet them quicker and have a feeling on what to expect.
