Initially there was a telephonic round . There I was asked basics of web development (e.g Session, hidden variable difference between POST and GET etc. ) and basics of PHP e.g global variables etc , little bit of mysql e.g joins , difference between left and right joins . Illustrations using example are mostly what they look out for. Once selected in this telephonic round , I was called for a written and face-to-face interviews to Pune. If you aren't a resident of Pune , they do reimburse your fare . The first round was a written technical round . First few questions was coding and implementing a linked list . Remaining were MCQs which tests your depth of PHP knowledge. Then there was a face-to-face technical interview which lasted for about 1/2 n hour . They ask you everything from HTML table and form design to PHP scripting and MySql configuration details as well (location of my.cnf , configuration details).
