Interview organisation is well done , invitation timely sent. We conducted 2 level online interviews. Interviews were positive, warm and effective. A clear explanation of the role and responsibilities is provided in the process. Evaluation criteria can be understood and the whole process seemed fair. All questions are answered until open items are clarified.
