Had a phone interview and their starting offer is only $20 an hour with years of experience and a Bachelor degree. The interviewer kept insisting the benefits and perks made up for it lol don't waste your time.

First call was from a recruiter/talent acquisition. I was asked about my experience and your typical pre-interview questions. After that I was scheduled for a video interview with one of the managers. Heard back the same day from the recruiter stating that they wanted to extend an offer.

I found the job via LinkedIn initially but then I applied on company website, was emailed a week later for a 15 minute call. I thought this was more of a manager type role but it’s essentially call center workflows.
