It was a Teams meeting, 1:1 video interview, lasted 10 minutes, interviewer was very down to earth. Did seem very concerned with finding "perfect" candidates instead of real ones like me

Very brief and friendly. Asked friendly questions but basically did not feel like I was being screened at all. The psychiatrists I met were great clinicians and friendly. I felt at home with recruiters.

Recruiter call, then two interviews, one with a psychiatrist and one with the region supervisor. First one was casual, low pressure. Second asked more "interview"/scenario type questions. Then requested references. Offer about a week after that.
