Phone screening was pretty cool, great recruiter, and the conversation flowed back and forth. Happened years ago don't remember what the outcome was, but I didn't have a bad time in the interview process.

Initial interview with HR representative. Explained the history of the company, strucutre of the team and position. Very helpful, and answered all of my questions. Rest of the process was with the design manager, and department head to discuss specifics of the job.
