Easy and straightforward. I met with 6 people through three differrent interview sessions. They covered my understanding of financial institutions (minimal) and walked me through what a day of work looks like.

I applied online. A week later I got an email from the recruiter and answered a few questions. A few days later was emailed and invited to an in person interview with 2 managers and the VP of the operations department. The interview process was really casual and laid back. Basically had a conversation with the managers and the VP about my experiences and why Tamarac. A week later got a call for an offer and accepted.

I was sent an email from HR to answer a few questions. After that, I was contacted to do an interview in person. The interview was a panel interview with 3 managers. The questions were not overly hard and I was made an offer over the phone shortly after the interview.
